What is your return policy for items purchased?
We do not accept returned merchandise that has been worn, tailored, altered or has missing tags or packaging. Items returned within 30 days, in their original condition are eligible for refunds in the original form of payment or Kater Shop (Missionary Syle Box) credit.
How do I schedule a pickup for my returns?
Email email@example.com with the address where you’d like us to pick up your box. Typical pickups happen during business hours the next day.
How do I exchange a product for another size or another item?
Contact your consultant or firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll check our inventory for an alternate. If you’ve already been charged for it, we’ll credit your account when the incorrect item arrives back at our warehouse.
Can I wear the clothes and then send them back?
Try everything on at home, but don’t wear them out unless you intend to purchase them. Clothes that are worn, damaged, tailored or have tags removed will be charged to your account.
Will I be charged anything if I return everything in my box?
No. As long as all clothing is returned in its original, unworn condition with tags attached, you will not be charged.
