Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the lower 48 states.

How far in advance should I order my box before I leave on my mission?

We prefer to have all of your clothing picked out and shipped to you at least 2 weeks prior to entering the MTC. If you are on a shorter timeline, feel free to contact us. 

How long does it take to receive my box?

After your initial consultation, please allow 48 hours to design, pull and pack your box. All shipments are sent via UPS ground. Click here to view ship times in the USA.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently. 

How do I schedule a pickup for my returns?

Email info@thekatershop.com with the address where you’d like us to pick up your box. Typical pickups happen during business hours the next day.

How do I get a new return shipping label?

Email info@thekatershop.com and we’ll send you a new return shipping label via email.
